Join the Outreach Mailing List
We're always looking for local volunteers to help out at Outreach events—including our booth at Girls in Aviation Day, career fairs, classroom presentations, and community events hosted by our sponsors. This work includes setting up booths, talking with students, running errands, retrieving items from our storage unit, printing materials, and more. These are perfect short-term opportunities to get involved and help out in the community!

Follow these steps and read through the expectations

Find an event you’d like to attend
2. Sign-Up
Let the Outreach Committee know you'd like to attend at outreach@mnacecamp.org.
3. Mark Your Calendar
Once you commit, add the event details to your calendar and schedule.
4. Confirm Your Attendance
Confirm with the other attendees the day before for any details you may need to know about parking, time, attire, etc.
5. Show Up On Time
Reliability is key! Please arrive promptly.
6. Be Ready to Help
Ask the lead how you can contribute when you arrive.
7. Be Knowledgeable
Make sure you are familiar with the information on our website. Ask your lead for any clarifications.
