Lodging

We strive to create a comfortable and secure lodging experience for all students and staff.

We do not own a facility but offer dorm-style single-occupancy lodging with shared ensuite bathrooms for all our students. Each student will be assigned a room and is expected to stay in their designated accommodation throughout their stay.

Furnishings:

  • Internet (wireless)

  • Air conditioning

  • Bed (XL-Twin mattress)

  • Dresser

  • Desk/Chair

  • Closet space

  • Window blinds

Most lodgings impose a $100 lost key charge. This will be the student's responsibility should they misplace their key.

Linens

We kindly request that students bring their own linens, pillows, and towels. However, we understand this may not be feasible for everyone.

During check-in, we will offer each student a set of linens upon arrival. This is included in your tuition and comes at no extra cost.

If you have brought your own, simply let us know during check-in.

Minnesota ACE Camp will provide students with the following:

  • Twin XL fitted bed sheet

  • Top sheet

  • Comforter

  • Pillow

  • Pillowcase

  • Towel

  • Washcloth

Camp staff members will inspect each student’s room during check-out to record any property damage and collect used linens and room keys.

Rules

All students must understand and comply with the following rules regarding lodging.

These guidelines have been put in place to maintain order and prioritize your safety and well-being.

  • Room Swapping
Please be mindful that room swapping is strictly prohibited. Each student will be assigned a specific room and will adhere to this assignment to ensure a smooth and organized camp experience.

  • Sleepovers
Students are not allowed to engage in sleepovers with students from other rooms. By upholding these rules, staff members can guarantee proper supervision and create a safe and secure environment for all camp participants.

  • Leaving Assigned Rooms
Once evening room checks have been conducted, we ask that students remain in their assigned rooms.
No socializing is allowed in common spaces after room checks. This policy ensures that the whereabouts of all students are known and enables staff members to maintain accountability in the event of an emergency.

Any violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from camp.

We genuinely value the cooperation of students in adhering to these rules. The collective effort in upholding these rules will help create a safe and enjoyable camp environment for everyone.
