We kindly request that students bring their own towels and washcloths if possible. However, we understand this may not be feasible for everyone.

During check-in, we will offer each student a set of linens, including an XL Twin bed sheet set, a blanket, a pillow, a pillowcase, a towel, and a washcloth, to each student upon arrival. This is included in your tuition and comes at no extra cost.

If you have brought your own, simply let us know during check-in.

Underwear, Socks, Shirts, Shorts, Sleepwear, Sneakers

Business Casual attire is requested for graduation.

Business Casual shirts: All shirts with collars, crewneck sweaters, V-neck blouses, and polo shirts.

Examples of Inappropriate Shirts: T-shirts, shirts with inappropriate slogans, tank tops, muscle shirts, camouflage, and crop tops.

Business Casual Pants: Casual slacks, trousers, mid-length skirts, and dresses.

Examples of Inappropriate Pants: Shorts, jeans, and camouflage.

Appropriate Footwear: Casual slip-on or tie shoes, dress sandals, boots, and clean athletic shoes.

Examples of Inappropriate Footwear: Flip-flops.

Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Soap, Deodorant, Shampoo & Conditioner, Hair Brush, Facial Products, Hairdryer, Contact Lenses & Solution, Razors.

We will be staying at a college dorm, and none of these items will be available for purchase in the lobby.

Don’t be that kid. Camp is in the summertime. It’s hot. Bring sunscreen.

For safety reasons, any student taking medication (prescribed or over-the-counter) must notify the Camp Director during check-in. Since we are gone for large chunks of the day, make sure you bring any medication you need to take routinely with you every day. 

You will receive an individual hand sanitizer on the first day of camp. We will be rotating through various facilities and spending a lot of time outdoors. Your hands will get dirty.

We will have a giant water cooler we lug with us. Bring your own water bottle to fill up or keep one of the disposable ones we’ll have throughout the week.

It’s summertime and we are going to be outside. Be sure to bring a hat and/or sunglasses to keep from getting sunburned or sleepy.

Not everyone has one. But we will get the opportunity to go inside some very exclusive operations. If you have one, we recommend bringing it.

In the past, we have had a no cell phone policy. Then cell phones became tiny digital cameras.

You will be expected to keep your phone on airplane mode throughout the day and not use it during the day for anything other than taking pictures. If a staff member sees you using it for anything other than taking pictures, for example, while on the bus or during an activity, they may give you a warning or ask you to turn it off.

If this continues to be a problem they will ask you to leave it in your room for the remainder of the week and then you won’t get to show your parents or your friends the cool things you did at camp.

Students 18+ or turning 18 during camp will need to have some form of identification in order to go through TSA.

Make sure to let your Camp Director know if you are over 18 or will be turning 18 during the week of camp.

You will be provided an MN ACE Camp string bag with other goodies upon arrival.

Throughout the week, you will also be given free items from Delta and other vendors, including backpacks, water bottles, hats, key chains, etc.

We will ask you to bring one of these bags or a personal backpack each day since we will be gone from early morning to late evening.

You will use your backpack to hold items such as water bottles, logbooks, cameras, etc., each day.

Electronic Chargers, Extension Cord, Tissues, Lip Balm, Disinfecting Wipes, Masks, Snacks, Gum, Cash, Credit/ATM cards, Insurance Cards, House Keys

One will be provided for you, but if you have your own already, bring it! You will be logging real flight hours with certified instructors.
