Meals & Nutrition

Breakfast

Each morning, students will be escorted to a dining hall to enjoy a buffet-style breakfast. The breakfast includes cold cereal, fresh-cut fruit, yogurt, milk, and orange juice. Hot breakfast options may be available depending on our lodging vendor. This allows students to fuel up for the day ahead, socialize with other students, and ask questions about the scheduled activities.

Lunch and Dinner

We have exciting locations around the Twin Cities where our meals will be served. These locations include Stanton Airfield, St. Paul Flemming Field, Signature Flight Support, MSP Airport, CAE Minneapolis Training Center, and iFly Indoor Skydiving. Dining at these various locations will ensure students can maximize their time enjoying our program while getting the nutrition their body needs to keep soaring.

Special Dietary Considerations

We understand that dietary preferences and restrictions vary among our students. Therefore, we offer vegetarian options alongside meat when it is served. Besides our regular meal offerings, we can provide kosher, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free alternatives. Please note any preferred dietary limitations your student may have in your camp application. If you fail to mention this during your application, you must inform your Camp Director of your preferences during Check-In.

Allergies and Food Safety

The safety and well-being of our students are our top priority. We strive to create a safe environment for students with food allergies. Our staff is knowledgeable and prepared to address specific dietary needs or concerns. If students have any questions or require further information about the meals provided during camp, they are always welcome to ask their Camp Counselor or Camp Director for assistance.
